The hotel has a lovely view of the garden and is conveniently located near a main road. The rooms are beautifully designed, although being close to the dual carriageway may pose some noise issues. The service was a mix of helpfulness and indifference, and the dining experience had its ups and downs. Overall, a good value for a last-minute trip.

I initially had a room next to the lift, which wasn't ideal, but the deputy manager kindly allowed me to change to a better room in the main building. The room was beautiful and comfortable.

My stay at the hotel was overall enjoyable. The rooms were modern and clean, although they felt a bit dated with some wear and tear. Dinner was a highlight, despite a limited menu, and was very good.
